So here is a thread where you can see exactly how to make 'em

For every symbol, you hold in alt. also for every symbol, you use the numeric key pad on the right side of your keyboard.

Alt:

♦=4
♣=5
☼=1+5
♫= 8+4+6+2
♥=3
☻=2
☺=1
§= 7+8+9
